Waitlist Application 

If you are a VCU community member and interested in enrolling, please contact fill out the Child Development Center Waitlist application listed below. For additional details, please call the CDC administrative team directly at (804) 828-7377 or email your inquiry to cdcsoe@vcu.edu. If you are interested in learning about enrollment; we recommend pursuing a waitlist spot as soon as the waitlist reopens. The waiting period for age group classrooms can vary from 6 months - 12 months long depending on availability.

During your initial inquiry, administrators will inquire about your child's birthdate, your expected time of enrollment, and your VCU affiliate status (e.g., staff, faculty, student). A modest, non-refundable deposit for each child is required to secure a waitlist registration when the center is accepting submissions. 

The waitlist is currently closed through January 2026  while the center is at enrollment capacity. Please feel free to check in with any questions regarding waitlisting.
